This morning I got to have breakfast with this little guy!!!

He approved of the Sourdough Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins!!

When I make muffins I like to make a bunch of mini muffins for the kids too. They make a perfect snack or breakfast treat. This batch was made with a sourdough starter, unsweetened Dutch Processed Cocoa and I substituted the milk with unsweetened almond milk and the sour cream with a full fat plain greek yogurt. We won't tell him that Grandma squeezed in a few healthy ingredients to his treats!

And what a perfect start to the weekend getting to spend time with my grandson!
