Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup and Sourdough Bread

It's Playoff Time! And my Favorite Team is in the Playoffs!

I promised to add more sourdough recipes to my blog and here is one my favorites.

In a nod to my home state of Wisconsin I am sharing some traditional Wisconsin favorites.

You can take the girl out of Wisconsin, but once a Wisconsinite always a Wisconsinite. I still bleed Green and Gold and support my Packers to the end. These two recipes make great tailgate additions.

If you want to make it authentic, top your soup with popcorn. It's a Wisconsin thing!
